Wendy is the owner and manager of Palmetto Mortgage of SC, LLC. She has been in the real estate industry for over 26 years. Her greatest accomplishments are that she is the wife of Gary, a mother of 4 & a grandmother of 12. She has been a member of Arise Church for over 37 years, serves on the board of North Berkeley Fire District. She enjoys spending time with family and taking trips with her husband. She was born and raised in Charleston and has lived in Berkeley County for more than 45 years. She is very familiar with the Tri-County area & it’s real estate trends. She looks forward to serving you from application to closing , whether you are purchasing a new how or refinancing your current home!

Kristen has earned this award several years running, placing her in the top 10 percent in her market! She is our Broker-in-Charge and she was raised in the lowcountry. Kristen has worked in the Real Estate field for over 18 years, prior to that she was a Real Estate Paralegal.  Her education and background as a "Real Estate Paralegal" makes her a valuable asset. Kristen is married to Clark and they have 3 boys, Clark, Cooper & Chance! When not working she enjoys time spent with family! Her energy is second to none where her family & clients are concerned!
